I’m Megan, nice to meet you!

I have been in the health/wellness industry for about 10 years. I started as a certified personal trainer (through ISSA). I’m a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) through the Nutritional Therapy Association (NTA) which is basically a holistic nutrition coach. I’m a Functional Blood Chemistry Specialist (FBCS) through the Fundamental Wellness Institute. I’m also a level 2 reiki practitioner.Ā 

I’ve been in the holistic health space for about 7 years and running my own business doing root cause approach coaching for a little over 5 years.

I’ve personally had issues with chronic back and hip pain/sciatica, SIBO, heartburn, chronic constipation, parasites, heavy metal toxicity (mercury and aluminum being the primary ones), anxiety, depression, nervous system dysregulation, inflammation, bloating, and chronic Epstein Barr Virus (EBV).

As for a few fun facts about me, I’m passionate about nervous system regulation, so my interests include being outside and grounding aka earthing, walking, and enjoying the sunshine. I also love listening to music or healing frequencies.Ā 

I'm also really into plant medicines. I have seen the most good come from experiences with Psilocybin and MDMA as a tool for healing. I have used them not only in my practice, but I’ve also used them in my own health journey.Ā
